Grade 4 Greek

A quarter that turns a letter-knower into a reader: the alphabet chanted at racing speed, capitals read straight off a stone wall, the six two-letter vowel teams, the tiny marks that breathe and sing, letters that count to ten, and at last real Greek read from real things, a hero-labeled vase, a purple Gospel page, and the two-word prayer the whole church still prays.
