Grade 1 Physical Education & Health

A quarter of games, balance, water, food, strong muscles and a happy, busy heart, with true stories from long ago, from Bruegel’s painted playground and Blondin’s walk over the Niagara River to sailors and their oranges and the Olympic tug-of-war, each one read aloud and then lived out in a game, a water chart, a snack plate or a running race.
