Grade 12 Physical Education & Health

A senior-year quarter that hands the student the keys: the adult activity guidelines and Ralph Paffenbarger’s Harvard alumni study, the fitness tests of firefighters and lifeguards, water and heat on the job, safe water on the trail, shopping and cooking for yourself, thankfulness at the table, and a strength plan, an aerobic plan and a twelve-week personal fitness plan the student designs, coaches and carries into adult life.
