Grade 4 Physical Education & Health

A quarter of real stories, from Spyridon Louis running into the marble stadium at Athens and President Kennedy’s call to fitness to the Oregon Trail, the first Nutrition Facts label, astronauts training in space and Paavo Nurmi racing with a stopwatch, each one followed by the body science and a real workout, water plan, label lab or timed run that the student does, records and improves.
