Grade 5 Spanish
A quarter of real stories, from the Roman aqueduct still standing over Segovia and a waterseller on the streets of Seville to Don Quixote charging the windmills, the scholars who printed the first Spanish Bible, and a market morning in the Plaza Mayor, each one opening a door into how Spanish works: el and la, one and many, the present tense, the verb to be, and how to ask a good question politely.
